This trial was conducted over a twelve-week period. The participants taking place did so for a minimum of nine weeks each. This is reflected in the graphs above. All participants adhered to a set, calorie-controlled diet, take up some light to moderate exercise and used the products as directed.
An example of the set menu: Breakfast – two poached eggs on toasted wholewheat bread, lightly buttered. Lunch – roasted chicken or pan-fried tuna on a bed of sweet leaf lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, cucumber, roasted red peppers, crisped onions, 30g mature cheddar, 10ml light oil-based dressing. Dinner – grilled chicken or fish, mixed vegetables, small baked potato. To drink – black or green tea, black filter coffee, still mineral water. Between meal snacking limited to rice cake with light creamed cheese, an apple, banana, or a small serving of yoghurt and oats.
Exercises undertook: Light jogging/brisk distance walk (up to two miles), swimming, medium weight lifting, fifteen minutes on a treadmill. One or two activities, once or twice a day.

Simply take two Phentatrim and one Phentaslim capsule with two glasses of water at least twenty minutes to half an hour before breakfast. Repeat exactly the same at least half-an-hour before lunch, and once more at least half-an-hour before dinner.
The two glasses of water are important – Phentatrim needs the liquid to fully perform. If you reduce the amount of water taken, whilst the product will still work, it just won’t be as effective.
Feeling hunger pangs anyway? Give Phentatrim a top-up with an extra glass of water, or a cup of green tea. Phentatrim will continue to work with most liquids – we’re just not recommending soda drinks or too much coffee.
