Where’s my refund?
If you’ve returned your items to us but haven’t yet received a refund:
Please first check we’ve received the return. If you used a delivery service with tracking, check the tracking information for further details.
If your return is still in transit, you will need to wait for it to be delivered and checked before a refund can be issued.
As outlined in our returns policy, once received it can take up to 14 days for us to check your return and refund you.
Once a refund has been issued please allow for your bank’s usual processing times for the refund to show in your account. Processing times vary between banks and is not something we have any control over.
