Order confirmation email not received

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically after checkout. If you haven’t received your email, please check your spam/junk folder in case it has been delivered there.

Although we have systems in place to help your email reach your inbox, we cannot guarantee it will be delivered. It’s also possible you’ve simply given us an incorrect email address – we’ve seen happen it a few times.

When contacting us about a missing order confirmation email, please provide us with some details so we can find you on our system. Your name and shipping postcode will help.
