Order Cancellation

We can cancel your order, but you’ll need to act quickly. Once submitted, orders are sent for despatch at the next available collection by our courier partners.

There is a limited window for cancelling orders; if your order has been processed for despatch (status ‘Packing’), or has already been despatched (status ‘Completed’), your order can no longer be cancelled. You will need to use the returns process instead.

Order Tracking

To track your order please enter your Order ID and email address in the boxes below and press the "Track" button. You can find your Order ID in your order confirmation email.

What the statuses mean:

Processing: Your order is awaiting final processing. If you need to cancel your order you may still be able to do so at this stage. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Packing: Your order has been packed and is awaiting collection. It is not possible to cancel the order at this stage. To cancel your order you will need to follow the returns process.

Completed: Your order has been despatched and is on its way to you. You should have now received your tracking information to your email.
