Customs, delays and charges

We send thousands of parcels around the world each year.

Every now and then, one or two of them may be held, upon arrival in the destination country, by customs officials for closer inspection. It’s an inconvenience but there is nothing we can do to prevent or bypass this.

In most cases, when a parcel is checked, this will simply mean your parcel will arrive late. If customs refuse to admit the parcel and send it back to us, we will not be able to send it again.

Please make sure you’re permitted to import our products into your country of residence. We accept no liability for issues with customs.

If you cannot see your country listed at checkout, this may be due to a customs restriction. Two such countries, for example, are Canada, and The Netherlands.
