How can I follow my order?
Tracking numbers are sent to you after we have processed and dispatched your order. You will then be able to follow your parcel’s progress using the relevant tracking website stated in your email:
My tracking number is invalid
Quite often, we provide you with your tracking number before your parcel has been processed by the postal service. On a small number of occasions this can result in your tracking number appearing on the tracking websites as being not valid. Please wait and try again later in the day, there can sometimes be a delay whilst the delivery company puts your parcel onto their system and activates your tracking number.
