Order confirmation emails are sent automatically after checkout. If you haven’t received your email, please check your spam/junk folder in case it has been delivered there. We make great effort to make sure your email goes to your inbox, but we have no ultimate control over how your email provider deals with our messages, or any blocking software you might be using.
Sometimes orders are submitted with incorrect email addresses. If you need to contact us about your order confirmation email, you’ll need to tell us your order number, if you know it. If you don’t know your order number, we’ll need to know your full name and part of your shipping address (first line, or postcode), so we can find your order on our system.
If you paid using PayPal, your invoice will go to the email address set up for use within PayPal. You’ll also receive a receipt from PayPal themselves.
